I've always loved the happy, cheerful colors of citrus plants and fruit. I painted this Meyer lemon tree one day when I saw a photo on a popular blogger's Instagram page. She was sharing kitchen decor that she loved, and this plant made her list. I love how the bright yellow contrasts with the dark green leaves, and the tree sits happily in a terra cotta pot. I can't wait for the day when I can have a living lemon tree in my home. Until then, this wall art will have to do!
